Shooting split shots of icebergs with a custom housing rig

Photographer Steve Mandel used a custom rig for his Canon 5D Mark III to shoot split shots of icebergs during a recent trip to Antarctica. The housing sat at an angle on a bracket at the end of a 7-foot long pole while resting upon custom legs on the side of the zodiac. He used the CamRanger app to control the camera with an iPad mini.
