Sony HDR-FX1 and Sony HVR-Z1J HDV Underwater Housings

The Sony Handycam HDR-FX1 and Sony HVR-Z1J HDV camcorders are causing huge waves in underwater digital video, and for the first time, moving images in high definition can be captured by a consumer camera in 1080i. Here is a round-up of the underwater housings available for the HDR-FX1 and HVR-Z1J. Instead of consolidating specs and pricing, we've just linked to their respective sites.

JUST AN IDEA: check out this page: http://www.raynox.co.jp/english/video/hdrfx1/index.htm This is a high quality 180° fisheye conversion lens. If You combine it with a big dome of Seacam or Subal and add a custom made connection port You get a video fisheye lens for underwater (though I don´t know if the length will fit, it´s just 65 mm in length) anybody has experience with this?

Amphibico & Gates have anounced shipping dates and specs.
