Wetpixel and DPG are proud to announce the winners of this year’s Our World Underwater International Underwater Photography and Video Competition. Regarded as being the epitome of underwater imaging events, the competition celebrates both the art of underwater photography as well as the beauty of the oceans.
The expert panel of judges went through thousands of images and videos taken by underwater image makers of all ages and experience levels. $55,000 worth of prizes have been awarded to the winners, who represent a dozen countries.
Congratulations to Fabien Michenet, who won “Best of Show” for his spectacular first place image from the Wide Angle Unrestricted category and to all the winners and honorable mentions in the various categories.
